TSP is seeking a Hospital Specialty Representative to drive territory growth by delivering compelling product presentations and educating healthcare professionals on product value.

You will engage hospital stakeholders, provide scientific information, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize engagement and outcomes. Requires 5+ years pharma/biotech sales, 3+ years hospital experience, and travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of demonstrated sales success in pharma/biotech
• 3+ years experience calling on hospitals and health systems
• Willingness to travel up to 50% with overnight travel
• Valid driver's license
• Strong understanding of hospital decision-making processes and formulary management

Responsibilities

• Manage hospital relationships with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders
• Provide scientific/clinical information within disease state and approved product
• Deliver sales presentations to physicians, APPs, medical staff, and clinic personnel
• Utilize and manage resources to optimize customer engagement
• Collaborate across a matrixed sales organization to drive execution and business success
• Participate in training and development programs in compliance with policies
