Qualifications

• Previous culinary experience as a line cook or prep cook and supervisory experience are required.

Responsibilities

• Cooks and prepares food following approved recipes and production standards.
• Supervises hourly food service associates, including scheduling, training, and reviews.
• Stores food in designated areas following safety procedures.
• Ensures proper food handling, presentation, portion control and serving temperatures.
• Maintains sanitation of equipment and workstation; handles debris and cleanliness.
• Interacts with customers to resolve complaints in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Keeps up with peak production and service hours.
