Job summary

Baptist Health in Kentucky seeks a Manager of Security & Valet Services with 24-hour responsibility for the hospital's Security and Valet programs. This role manages daily operations and addresses security, safety, and customer service issues, coordinating with the Director, Security Officers, and Valet Attendants.

You will assist employees, patients, and visitors with security and valet matters, investigate incidents, and help maintain a safe, welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of security management experience, preferably in healthcare.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• BCLS certification required or must be obtained within 90 days of hire.
• Experience with the TASER X26P preferred; training may be completed after hire if not already obtained.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of Security and Valet Services.
• Assist employees, patients, and visitors with security and valet matters.
• Investigate security-related incidents and maintain a safe environment.
• Coordinate communication between the Director, Security Officers, and Valet Attendants.
• Address security and customer-service-related issues.
