Job summary

Baptist Health seeks a Manager of Security & Valet Services to oversee the hospital's Security and Valet Programs on a 24-hour basis. The role manages daily operations and addresses security, safety, and customer service issues for patients, visitors and staff.

Responsibilities include assisting employees and visitors with security matters, coordinating with the Director and front-line staff, investigating incidents, and maintaining a safe, welcoming environment while delivering high service

Qualifications

Minimum of two years of security management experience, preferably in a hospital setting.
Valid driver's license required.
BCLS certification required or must be obtained within 90 days of hire; TASER X26P training preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills are highly desired.

Responsibilities

Oversee 24-hour Security & Valet Services operations for the hospital.
Manage day-to-day operations of Security and Valet departments.
Investigate security-related incidents and support a safe, welcoming environment.
Ensure high level of service for patients, visitors and staff; address security, safety and customer service issues.
Coordinate communication between the Director, Security Officers, and Valet Attendants.
