Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of security management experience, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• BCLS certification is required or must be obtained within 90 days of hire; TASER X26P training preferred but may be completed after hire if not already obtained.

Responsibilities

• Have 24-hour responsibility for the oversight and management of the hospital's Security and Valet programs.
• Manage day-to-day operations of both departments and address security, safety, and customer service-related issues.
• Assist employees, patients, and visitors with security and valet-related matters and provide continuity between the Director, Security Officers, and Valet Attendants.
• Investigate security-related incidents and support a safe and welcoming environment.
• Ensure a high level of service for patients, visitors, and staff.
• Represent the security/valet teams in coordinating with hospital leadership as needed.
