Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Professional - Unarmed for a hospital environment. The role involves unarmed patrols, access control, CCTV/alarms monitoring, and report writing. TB testing and vaccinations may be required due to healthcare facility safety policies.

The ideal candidate will have at least a high school diploma, 2 years of relevant experience, and strong communication skills to de-escalate situations and protect patients and staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have current driver's license if operating company/customer vehicle.
• Minimum 2 years in customer service or protective service.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Able to operate radio/console monitors.
• Strong communication and observation skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform unarmed patrols of hospital grounds on foot or in vehicle.
• Assist with de-escalation of patients and restrain when necessary per guidelines.
• Monitor entrances/exits and monitor CCTV and alarms.
• Prepare detailed reports on accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities.
