Allied Universal is hiring a Security Professional - Unarmed to perform hospital-based patrols and access control in a healthcare environment. You will monitor CCTV, document observations, and assist with safety protocols and emergency responses.

The role emphasizes communicating effectively with staff and patients, de-escalation, and precise reporting. A valid driver’s license, 18+ years old, and a background in customer service or protective services are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of two years of verifiable employment history relating to customer service or protective services.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to operate radios or console monitors.
• Licensing requirements vary by state/local laws and may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of hospital grounds on foot or in vehicle and document observations.
• Assist staff with de-escalation of situations and restrain as necessary within guidelines.
• Transport patients to the morgue or escort to the emergency room as needed.
• Escort patients from helicopter pad to the emergency department and assist with evacuations.
• Observe entrances/exits, ensure only authorized entry, and monitor for contraband.
• Investigate accidents and incidents and maintain written logs.
