Allied Universal is hiring a Security Professional - Unarmed to perform hospital patrols and ensure safety in patient care areas. You will monitor entrances, respond to incidents, and assist with evacuations as needed.

The role requires strong communication, observation, and de-escalation skills, with a focus on protecting patients, staff, and property in a healthcare setting. TB testing and vaccinations may be required per facility policy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two (2) years of verifiable employment history relating customer service or protective service.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and able to operate radio/telephone equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of hospital grounds on foot or in vehicle; document observations.
• Assist hospital staff with de-escalation of situations; restrain individuals as necessary.
• Transport patients to the morgue, as needed.
• Escort patients from helicopter pad to the emergency room.
• Assist with evacuations during fires, medical emergencies, and disasters.
• Sound alarms or call police/fire department when needed.
• Monitor entrances/exits; ensure only authorized individuals enter.
• Observe departing personnel to protect company assets; document incidents.
