Job summary

Paratek Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Hospital Sales Representative in Northern New Jersey. The role focuses on hospital accounts, outpatient centers, and affiliated practitioners with a solutions-oriented, collaborative selling approach.

Responsibilities include achieving territory sales objectives, developing strategic territory plans, and advancing hospital and specialty customers through the sales continuum. Strong product knowledge and cross-functional collaboration are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience, with 3+ years in hospital/acute care/out-patient settings.
• Documented track record of meeting or exceeding territory performance and national recognition.
• Account-based selling experience with hospitals, wound care centers or infusion centers.

Responsibilities

• Achieve territory sales objectives by generating demand within targeted accounts.
• Develop, execute and monitor territory plans; target key stakeholders to expand product usage.
• Advance hospital and specialty customers along the sales continuum and gain prescriber commitments.
• Demonstrate knowledge of promoted products, disease state, patient profiles and treatment pathways.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners (Marketing, Medical, Operations) to support customers.
• Develop pull-through strategies to increase adoption of Paratek products.
• Use data tools and CRM to inform business decision-making and report activities.
