Option Care Health is seeking a results-oriented Sales professional to drive territory growth in infusion services. You will build strategic partnerships, present value propositions to health system leaders, and guide account plans to maximize referrals and profitability.

The role requires 3+ years in healthcare sales, strong communication, and the ability to travel up to 75% to meet customers and grow market share within 50 states.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales or healthcare-related field.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience; pharmaceutical/healthcare sales preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies for the assigned territory.
• Present partnership opportunities to health system leaders and referral sources.
• Prioritize accounts based on potential and profitability; identify opportunities.
• Create and update account plans; track activities toward objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to communicate strategies and drive growth.
• Manage multiple internal and external relationships to set customers up for success.
• Identify decision makers and build access to all stakeholders.
• Document the competitive landscape within accounts for strategy.
