Job summary

Baxter Healthcare is seeking a Territory Manager for the Northern New Jersey market to represent our Pharma, Access, Drug Delivery, Nutrition, and Fluid Therapy portfolios. You will be the face and voice to healthcare professionals, driving growth and delivering value across the care continuum.

You will engage hospital staff with informative presentations, product demonstrations, and clinical education while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet quotas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 3+ years of experience.
• Three years of medical/hospital sales experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales quotas across Pharma, Access, Drug Delivery, Nutrition, and Fluid Therapy.
• Implement sales strategies and business plans to meet volume and profit goals.
• Call on acute-care hospital customers and provide product education and demonstrations.
• Collaborate with Infusion Systems and Baxter teams to reach objectives.
• Protect, service, and grow the existing customer base.
• Manage and optimize Baxter’s GPO contracts.
• Provide market information to management and marketing teams.
