Qualifications

• Previous rehab aide experience or healthcare experience with strong customer service is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists Therapists and rehab team to prepare equipment for treatment.
• Greet, transport, escort and support patients to ensure a welcoming experience.
• Provide ambulatory assistance to patients as needed.
• Keep the department clean, stocked, and orderly; assist at front desk as needed.
• Schedule patients, coordinate appointments, and collect patient co-pays.
• Perform safety checks on equipment and respond to supply issues to maintain operations.
