The role requires two years of hospital pharmacist experience or PGY 1 with at least one year in the hospital setting. Additional certifications in BLS and ACLS are necessary.

Qualifications

• Two years of hospital pharmacist experience or PGY 1 with one year of hospital experience.
• One year of managerial experience preferred.
• Certification in Basic Life Support within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and manage employee performance.
• Monitor workflow for efficiency and productivity.
• Collect and analyze data to generate reports.
• Provide technical resource information to staff and physicians.
