Qualifications

• Minimum five years experience or three years as Certified Pharmacy Technician.
• Ability to supervise staff, manage schedules, and ensure regulatory compliance.

• Oversee daily operations of pharmacy technician staff, onboarding, training, and cross-training.
• Create monthly schedules, manage staffing, and secure shift coverage.
• Maintain technician training and vaccination records and payroll accuracy.
