Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous PBX experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer and route incoming calls to hospital departments, physicians, or staff promptly and courteously.
• Assist visitors and callers by providing information or directing to contacts; handle emergency calls by connecting to on-call personnel.
• Monitor and maintain telephone system; report malfunctions and keep accurate call logs/messages.
• Support communication during hospital emergencies by coordinating calls and information flow.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
