Job summary

Responsibilities

• Escort ambulatory patients and transport via wheelchair, stretcher or bed.
• Assist nursing staff with patient transfers using lift devices.
• Deliver beds, stretchers, and transport equipment; clean and sanitize equipment.
• Transport specimens and materials to labs and departments per guidelines.
• Maintain patient transport activity logs.
