Qualifications

• Experience leading hospital or patient-transport teams.
• Ability to analyze operational data and identify trends.
• Proficiency with Windows-based systems and basic troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise a team of Patient Observation Assistants.
• Oversee dispatcher logic and transporter activities; monitor performance.
• Coordinate Patient Observation services with other departments and create service agreements.
• Ensure compliance with Federal, State, JCAHO, OSHA, and CDC regulations.
• Orientation, training, and development of dispatched staff and drivers.
• Assist department director in budgeting and controlling expenses.
