Crothall Healthcare, a Compass Group USA company, seeks an Overnight Patient Flow Manager in Hartford, CT. You will lead a team of Patient Flow Coordinators and Transporters to ensure efficient hospital patient movement and transport services.

The role requires hospital patient transportation experience, strong data analysis, and solid computer skills. Associates degree preferred; excellent leadership and compliance with regulatory standards are expected.

Qualifications

• Management experience in hospital environment and/or patient transportation.
• Analytical ability to interpret statistical data and identify trends.
• Basic computer skills with Windows OS; troubleshoot system issues.

Responsibilities

• Leads a team of Patient Flow Coordinators and Transporters in a hospital setting.
• Develops dispatcher logic and supervises transporter activities.
• Coordinates Patient Transportation with other departments and develops service agreements as needed.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory agencies (e.g., JCAHO, OSHA, CDC).
• Trains and develops dispatchers, trainers, transporters, couriers, drivers, and elevator operators.
