Crothall Healthcare, a Compass Group USA company, is seeking a Patient Flow Manager in Brooklyn, NY. You will lead a team of Patient Flow Coordinators and Transporters, ensuring efficient hospital patient movement and adherence to infection control and safety standards.

You will coordinate with multiple departments, monitor dispatcher and transporter activities, and help manage department budgets while supporting regulatory compliance and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Management experience in hospital environment and/or patient transportation.
• Analytical ability to interpret statistical data and identify trends affecting operations.
• Basic computer skills with Windows OS; troubleshoot system issues.
• Associate’s degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads a team of Patient Flow Coordinators and Transporters in a hospital setting.
• Applies patient transport concepts and infection control practices.
• Develops dispatcher logic and supervises transporter activities.
• Coordinates transportation with other departments and negotiates service agreements.
• Ensures compliance with Federal, State, JCAHO, OSHA, and CDC regulations.
• Trains and develops staff at all levels including dispatchers and drivers.
