Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, is seeking a hospitality-focused leader to oversee the Patient Services Team in a Charleston, SC acute care hospital. Salary: $70,000–$80,000. Relocation assistance is available.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in hospitality/customer service and experience leading teams, with healthcare exposure preferred but not required. Relocation support is offered.

Formación

• Strong hospitality and customer service background with leadership experience.
• Food service management experience preferred; other hospitality leadership welcomed.
• Associate or Bachelor degree in food service management or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily patient dining operations, ensuring timely, accurate meals with excellent service.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop a team focused on patient experience.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to meet dietary needs and prescribed diets.
• Drive patient satisfaction through engagement and continuous improvement.
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and regulatory standards.
