Qualifikationen

• Associate degree or bachelor’s degree in related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in food service management, preferably in an acute care setting.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, EMR, and diet office systems.

Aufgaben

• Establish goals and oversee patient food and tray services per medical direction.
• Hire, direct, coach, train and develop patient service staff (2 supervisors, 2 leads, 30+ associates).
• Comply with dietary restrictions to meet diet orders within guidelines.
• Help achieve patient satisfaction goals through service excellence.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and accrediting regulations and HIPAA policies.
• Lead/participate in patient satisfaction and QA/PI programs.
