Aramark Healthcare+ is seeking a Patient Services Manager for Connecticut Children's Medical Center, Hartford, CT. You will support the Patient Services Operation in the Food & Nutrition Department, developing dining solutions to meet patient and customer tastes while applying nutrition standards to healthy menu plans.

You will manage patient feeding, quality assurance and drive patient satisfaction scores.

Qualifications

• Requires 3–5 years of experience in a food service management role.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field preferred.
• Healthcare patient services management experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Manages patient food service activities and ensures adherence to standards.
• Leads patient service staff to ensure meals are prepared and delivered to patients.
• Conducts rounds on patients and departments.
• Oversees the diet office and the service ambassador program.
• Records safety and sanitation compliance.
• Supervises tray line operation and/or room service.
