Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead patient food service activities and ensure compliance with standards.
• Supervise patient service staff to ensure meals are prepared and delivered correctly.
• Conduct rounds on patients and departments to monitor service quality.
• Oversee the diet office and the service ambassador program.
• Record safety and sanitation compliance and maintain clean, safe environments.
• Support financial targets by monitoring costs and improving margins.
