Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with hospital customers to ensure timely and accurate receipt of medications.
• Maintain strong relationships with hospital customers and internal account executives.
• Serve as liaison betweenDistribution Centers, Account Executives, and customers to ensure a seamless experience.
• Assist with order processing, deliveries, and product storage compliance.
• Prepare and analyze operational and customer reports to identify trends.
• Provide general admin and customer support, including phones and courier communications.
• Address inquiries and complaints promptly, escalating as needed.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve workflow and service quality.
