• Escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolutions.
• Liaise between hospital staff, patients, and McKesson teams.
• Identify workflow improvements and cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with McKesson policies and healthcare regulations.
• Generate and present performance reports.
