Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor a team of Hospital Coordinators.
• Oversee hospital operations including order intake, processing, and delivery.
• Develop team schedules for coverage and efficient service.
• Monitor performance with KPIs and provide feedback.
• Escalate complex issues to ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate between hospital staff, patients, and McKesson teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and costs.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Generate and present operational reports for continuous improvement.
• Lead regular team meetings and participate in client reviews.
