Job summary

McKesson is seeking a Hospital Coordinator Supervisor to oversee hospital services and supply chain activities, ensuring efficient workflows and high service quality. You will lead a team of Hospital Coordinators, manage orders, inventory, delivery, and client relationships.

Required 3–5 years in healthcare operations, a Bachelor’s in healthcare administration or related field, and experience with CRM/Salesforce. Travel up to 40% and a competitive compensation package offered.

Responsibilities

Supervise and mentor a team of Hospital Coordinators.
Oversee day-to-day hospital operations, orders, inventory, delivery, returns and issue resolution.
Develop and manage team schedules for coverage and efficiency.
Monitor KPIs, conduct performance reviews, provide development support.
Escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution and satisfaction.
Coordinate with hospital staff and internal McKesson teams.
