Job summary

Agiliti is seeking a Hospital Operations Coordinator at Robley Rex VA Medical Center in Louisville, KY. You will provide leadership on daily hospital operations in the absence of the Operations Manager and drive performance against contract metrics.

The role supports staffing, training, and resource allocation to maintain a high-performing team and efficient asset management. You will collaborate with HQC, supervise HST personnel, and ensure adherence to ASSET360 policies, while fostering a

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of Medical or Management experience.
• Detail oriented with strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Word and Excel; able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily hospital operations in the absence of the Operations Manager.
• Ensure delivery of established metrics within the contracted agreement.
• Assist in team building and development of full-time staff (FTEs).
• Oversee equipment flow, inventory, and asset management processes.
• Supervise HST personnel, including training, performance reviews and corrective actions.
• Coordinate staffing schedules based on equipment volume and shift coverage.
• Provide training for HST personnel and enforce ASSET360 policies and procedures.
• Support patient rounds, equipment deliveries, and cleaning processes as needed.
• Maintain high levels of communication with all involved parties.
