You will drive on-time delivery of equipment, ensure contract metrics are met, and mentor the HST team while coordinating staffing and training activities. Responsibilities include overseeing equipment flow, maintaining inventory, and fostering a collaborative, high-performance work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 1 years of Medical or Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily hospital operations in the absence of the Operations Manager.
• Assist in delivering contract metrics and coordinating staffing/training for the HST team.
• Oversee equipment flow and inventory to support Asset Management.
• Coach staff in problem solving, communication and conflict resolution.
• Develop career paths and direct training for FTEs within ASSET360 policies.
