Job summary

McKesson is seeking a Hospital Coordinator to ensure efficient administrative and logistical processes in a hospital setting at our Wilsonville, OR site. You will coordinate with hospital customers, account executives, and distribution centers to deliver timely medication receipt and superior service.

The role requires 5+ years in a healthcare admin/coordination capacity, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with Salesforce and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of related experience.
• Proficiency in Salesforce.
• Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with hospital customers to ensure timely receipt of medications.
• Build and maintain relationships with hospital customers and internal account executives.
• Serve as liaison between Distribution Centers, Account Executives, and customers for a seamless experience.
• Collaborate with DC leadership to resolve order, delivery, and storage issues.
• Prepare and maintain operational and customer reports to identify trends and support data-driven decisions.
• Provide general administrative and customer support, including phones and correspondence.
• Address and resolve inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
