Responsibilities

• Supervise and coach a team of Hospital Coordinators, fostering a collaborative, high-performing environment.
• Oversee day-to-day hospital operations, including order intake, inventory coordination, delivery, returns, and issue resolution.
• Develop and manage team schedules to ensure appropriate coverage and efficient service delivery.
• Monitor KPIs, conduct performance reviews, and provide ongoing feedback and development support.
• Escalate complex operational or client issues to ensure timely resolution and satisfaction.
• Serve as liaison between hospital staff, patients, and internal McKesson teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, operational efficiency, and cost management.
• Ensure adherence to McKesson policies and healthcare regulations.
• Generate and present operational reports to drive continuous improvement.
• Lead regular team meetings and participate in client reviews and quality initiatives.
• Support service expansion opportunities through proactive relationship management.
