Syringa Hospital & Clinics seeks an experienced Purchasing Manager to oversee hospital and outreach clinic supplies, inventory, and equipment. The role includes contract maintenance, Chargemaster accuracy, and Cerner Materials module implementation.

You will coordinate with department managers on expenditures, manage a small team, and drive budget formulation and Performance Improvement initiatives across the hospital network.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Two years purchasing experience preferred.
• Proficient computer skills including Excel, Outlook and Word.

Aufgaben

• Purchase all supplies and equipment for the hospital and outreach clinics.
• Establish and maintain supply contracts; ensure Chargemaster accuracy.
• Implement and maintain the Materials module of Cerner.
• Track invoices and prepare them for accounts payable.
• Supervise one part-time purchasing assistant.
• Formulate and monitor department budgets and PI activities.
