This full-time role involves inspecting buildings, scheduling major repairs, and maintaining a safe, functional environment for patients and staff.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, the ability to lift 50 pounds, and the capacity to work unsupervised at times.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Plumbing knowledge to address leaks and clogs.
• Electrical wiring capabilities for building issues.
• Carpentry skills for basic repairs.
• Ability to perform groundskeeping as needed.
• Strong interpersonal skills with residents and staff.
• Attention to detail to prevent hazards.
• Physical stamina for full shifts and lifting 50 lb.
• Ability to work unsupervised when required.

Responsabilités

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs around the building.
• Fix plumbing to prevent water damage and restore fixtures.
• Repair damaged electrical wiring as needed.
• Maintain HVAC equipment for climate control.
