MAGNOLIA MANOR OF COLUMBUS, INC. is seeking an HVAC Technician responsible for maintaining grounds, facility, and equipment in a safe and efficient manner. The role covers HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work with an emphasis on compliance with federal, state, and local standards.

The position requires performing skilled work in HVAC systems, diagnosing and repairing equipment, and keeping accurate maintenance records. Two to five years of HVAC experience preferred; non-exempt, on-site employment.

Qualifications

• Two to five years of HVAC experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Electrical work on lights and outlets, replacing bulbs/ballasts, high/low voltage work.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC systems including refrigeration units, boilers, gas and electric A/C equipment.
• Inspect, maintain, and modify HVAC units and related components (thermostats, switches, belts, sensors, etc.).
• Maintain records of tools, time, labor, and materials, and prepare reports as required.
• Perform other duties and maintain regular attendance.
