Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs technical and specialized HVAC maintenance in a healthcare environment.
• Inspects cooling towers and ensures water temperatures meet standards.
• Tests and adjusts chiller and control units for online operation.
• Prepares for winter shutdown and spring start-up.
• Operates hospital vehicles to travel to off-site clinics/properties.
