Mercy St. Louis Food Service is seeking a skilled kitchen professional to oversee production across departments.

The role requires knowledge of multiple cookery methods to consistently deliver high-quality, visually appealing dishes within allocated time frames. Ideal candidates have at least 90 days of commercial kitchen experience, a High School Diploma or equivalent, and the ability to obtain ServeSafe Manager certification within 90 days.

Formación

• At least 90 days of experience in a commercial kitchen or high-volume setting.
• ServeSafe Manager certification required within 90 days of hire.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Good integrity, initiative and clear English communication.
• Basic math and time-management abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for food production in all areas of the department.
• Knowledge of all methods of cookery and ability to produce quality, eye-appealing products on time.
• Performs related duties as assigned.
