Job summary

Mercy St. Louis - Food Service is seeking a cook capable of producing quality, eye-appealing dishes across all areas of the department while meeting time constraints. This role requires strong kitchen knowledge and careful portion control.

Candidates should have at least 90 days in a commercial kitchen, and must obtain Serve Safe Certification within 90 days of hire. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with opportunities to grow within Mercy’s healthcare food service team.

Qualifications

• ServeSafe Manager within 90 days of hire.
