Job summary

AdventHealth in Texas is seeking a dedicated kitchen staff member to prepare patient, retail, and catering meals following production records. You will manage advance prep, review pull sheets, and organize ingredients for high-volume service while maintaining a clean, compliant kitchen environment.

Responsibilities include inventory control, collaboration with managers, and ensuring timely, safe food service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patient, retail, and catering meals according to production records.
• Review pull sheets and organize ingredients for upcoming service periods.
• Maintain clean, sanitary kitchen and ensure health standards.
• Record temperatures per regulatory requirements.
• Manage inventory: sort, label, date, rotate stock.
• Collaborate with managers and team members to meet goals.
• Support efficient food service delivery.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
