Job summary

You will follow diet orders, carve and portion meats, and maintain strict kitchen sanitation and safety standards. Previous hospital food preparation experience and a Food Handlers License are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in hospital food preparation.
• Food Handlers License required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, season and cook food for hospital patients, staff and visitors.
• Review planned menus to determine quantities of meats, vegetables and soups.
