You will manage inventory, practice proper food safety, and work closely with managers to support daily service delivery on a day shift. Prior institutional cooking experience and bilingual ability are valued.

Qualifications

• 2+ years cooking in an institutional setting.
• Ability to follow, read and write recipes as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patient, retail, and catering meals following production records.
• Review pull sheets and organize ingredients for upcoming service periods.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment meeting health standards.
• Manage inventory by sorting, labeling, dating and rotating stock.
• Collaborate with managers and team members to meet goals and support efficient service.
