Summit Healthcare in Show Low, AZ is seeking a Computer Technician I to be the single contact for IT incidents, problems, and service requests. You will support, troubleshoot, diagnose, and maintain computer systems across the organization.

Responsibilities include handling Help Desk tickets, directing them to technicians, taking live calls, recording issue details, aiming for first-call resolution, and managing hardware, software, and network resources to keep information systems available.

Competenze

• High school diploma required.
• Two years related IT experience required.
• Experience with Help Desk or IT support preferred.
