Job summary

Bozeman Health is seeking a Supply Clerk to support the efficient distribution of supplies across the organization. You will receive, stock, inventory, and deliver materials to departments and patients, while maintaining accurate inventory records and charging practices.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma (or equivalent) and prefer 2 years in materials management. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, using handheld devices, organizing storerooms, and assisting staff with locating

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of experience in materials management preferred.
• Receives, processes, and delivers supply orders accurately.
• Maintains inventory records and charges.
• Ability to operate handheld inventory devices and stock supplies.

Responsibilities

• Receives, processes, picks, and delivers supply orders to departments in a timely and accurate manner.
• Inventories and replenishes patient charge and department non-charge carts using handheld inventory devices.
• Receives, unpacks, labels, and stocks supplies to maintain accurate inventory levels.
• Sorts and distributes daily mail to hospital departments and providers.
• Assists staff and other customers by locating supplies and responding to inventory-related questions.
• Maintains an organized storeroom and communicates inventory replenishment needs to the Inventory Agent.
• Reviews inventory discrepancies, performs cycle counts, and assists with inventory accuracy initiatives.
• Accurately processes patient supply charges to support appropriate revenue capture.
• Other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
