Job summary

St. Joseph’s Health is seeking a Materials Distribution Clerk to receive, store, and distribute inventory and supplies in our hospital system.

Under general supervision, you will perform picking, packing, delivery and restocking to departments, conduct inventories, and handle data entry; your work supports direct patient care. Qualified candidates have a high school diploma and two years of technical training in inventory control, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Work requires a High School diploma or equivalent and two years of basic technical or occupationally-specific training in automated inventory control.
• Work requires the ability to resolve problems that require the use of basic scientific, mathematical, or technical principles.

Responsibilities

• Receiving, storing and distributing inventory and non-inventory supplies.
• Perform inventories, issue equipment and materials to departments via picking, packing, delivery and restocking.
• Perform data entry and general warehouse duties.
