Responsibilities

• Inspects freight for damage and discrepancies on packing slips.
• Ensures equipment delivered matches packing slip for receiving.
• Dispenses freight to appropriate department.
• Responsible for packaging all outgoing shipments and documenting accurately.
• Maintains files of packing slips, purchase orders, bill of lading slips and outbound shipping receipts.
• Processes and coordinates receipts and discrepancies with Purchasing, Accounts Payable, and Distribution.
• Other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
