St. Joseph’s/Candler Health System is seeking a Materials Processing/Inventory Clerk to work closely with the Supply Distribution Manager and Departmental Management.

You will receive items in the MMIS system, ensuring patient equipment is clean and available to nursing staff, in a fast-paced environment requiring high responsibility and strong organizational/communication skills. Formación

• High School Diploma - Preferred.
• 1-2 Years Materials Processing and Computer Inventory Control - Required.

Responsabilidades

• Creates a customer focused environment supporting multiple hospital departments.
• Replenishes par stock areas and ensures accuracy of item details and stock levels.
• Uses handheld tech to inventory and create purchase orders; reconciles orders for price, quantity and receipt accuracy.
• Maintains compliance with The Joint Commission standards and fire code including expiring or recalled items.
• Unloads daily supply truck and stages products for distribution within 24 hours.
