Cibola General Hospital is seeking a Materials Clerk to support the Materials Management Department. You will receive, store, and distribute medical and general supplies, maintain accurate inventory, and ensure timely delivery to departments.

The role involves handling shipments, performing routine inventory counts, and assisting with procurement documentation using MS Office tools. A high school diploma is required, with healthcare or materials experience preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling supplies and records.
• Ability to count, receive, stock, and distribute supplies accurately.
• Proficient in basic computer tasks and using email and MS Office.
• Ability to read and interpret purchase orders, packing slips, and inventory docs.
• Professional communication with hospital staff and vendors.

Responsabilidades

• Receive, unload, inspect, and process incoming supplies and equipment.
• Verify quantities against packing slips and purchase orders; report discrepancies.
• Maintain and monitor inventory levels; replenish par levels and conduct counts.
• Provide storeroom and department support; deliver supplies to requestors.
• Maintain organized storage areas and ensure safety and compliance.
