Hartford HealthCare is seeking an Information Desk Receptionist in the Greater Manchester Region. You will greet visitors, patients and vendors, provide directions, screen inquiries, and assist with patient transport while upholding HIPAA standards.

You will also manage EPIC system calls, create visitor badges, forward mail, and coordinate volunteer scheduling. Prior reception or hospitality experience in healthcare is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of reception/hospitality/public relations experience required.
• 3 years reception experience in healthcare desirable.

Responsabilités

• Greets hospital visitors, patients and vendors at the Information and Guest Services Desk with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Provide assistance and directions; screen and direct inquiries as needed.
• Assist with patient transport and maintain confidentiality per HIPAA.
• Access EPIC database, answer and transfer calls; relay information clearly.
• Create visitor badges with photo ID and manage incoming mail distribution.
• Communicate changes in the volunteer schedule to the coordinator and support Public Safety as needed.
