Children’s National Hospital in Washington, DC is seeking an HVACR Technician to perform routine to complex maintenance on heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration equipment, responding to work orders and hospital emergencies, and supporting the control room and management.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 3 years of HVAC experience (including hospital environments preferred), and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3 years of HVAC maintenance experience.
• 2 years hospital HVAC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve HVACR issues and related systems.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance per manufacturer specs.
• Assist senior technicians and coordinate with control room and management.
