Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational/technical training preferred.
• Graduate of an approved technical or trade school with HVAC concentration.
• Universal Refrigeration Certification.
• At least 3 years HVAC installation/repair experience.
• Knowledge of chemical water treatment and analysis.
• Knowledge of electrical controls and HVAC theory.
• Knowledge of temperature controls and indoor air quality standards.
• Experience reading blueprints; knowledge of state/local codes.
• Valid Ohio driver’s license.

Aufgaben

• Inspect/repair/maintain HVAC systems at on-site and off-site locations.
• Install, repair, troubleshoot, and overhaul HVAC equipment; replace parts as needed.
• Read blueprints and update as-built drawings.
• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC systems.
• Operate HVAC systems to maintain target temperature and humidity.
• Inspect hospital equipment such as chillers, cooling towers, and air handlers.
• Test and chemically treat boiler water and cooling tower water.
• Execute snow removal and related vehicle operations.
