Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• Driver’s license (DL) required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain HVAC equipment to ensure reliable healthcare facility operations.
• Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, and inspections on air handling units and chillers.
• Test and calibrate controls, monitor water treatment and optimize system efficiency.
• Operate hospital vehicles for off-site tasks and coordinate with vendors as needed.
